Due to recent spam member registrations, it has become necessary to approve new members before registration with full posting privileges is given. One of the few forum rules that I do have to insist on is that I know who the members are !
The 'register' button has been de-activated so that I can , personally, register new members following approval.
FULL- SIZE, MANNED ORNITHOPTER research is the sole focus of this forum .
